Chief Strategy & Scale Officer

• Own IDinsight's strategic definition, execution, and coordination, including strategic planning cycles, OKR process, and KPI monitoring.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, including developing the scale and cost-effectiveness pillars, scoping major strategic bets, and exploring M&A opportunities.
• Shape external strategic positioning by building partnerships with funders and partners, engaging in thought leadership, and representing IDinsight in public forums.

This role will shape how IDinsight grows and positions itself, enabling data and evidence to improve lives at unprecedented scale, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.

• Proven track record of leading an organization through significant scale growth, ideally with direct experience in LMIC settings.
• Demonstrated fundraising capability with EA-adjacent, data-focused, and scaling-focused funders (non-negotiable).
• Strong thought leadership presence, including published writing and public speaking.
• Experience with Board engagement, governance, and executive-level stakeholder management.
