Chief Information & Digital Officer

• Develop and execute an IT strategy leveraging emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML) to support business objectives and drive digital transformation.
• Lead IT modernization, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while ensuring excellent service delivery and support for global employees.
• Design and implement an enterprise AI strategy, integrating AI/ML into core processes to enhance efficiency and growth.
• Oversee IT financial governance, vendor management, and talent development to build a high-performing global IT organization.

This role drives digital transformation and AI adoption at a global technology company, enabling smarter operations and innovation that can improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact through optimized manufacturing and product lifecycle.

• Deep experience leading a global IT function with breadth across Infrastructure, Applications, Project Management, and Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience developing and implementing AI/ML strategies, including governance and integration into business processes.
• 15+ years professional experience with 10+ years in leadership; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, HR, or finance.
• US Citizenship or valid Green Card required (ITAR compliant); 25% travel.
