Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the refinement and delivery of the global organizational strategy 2027-2030, guiding the organization through periods of change and transformation.
- Oversee organizational planning, budgeting, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure delivery against strategic goals, while maintaining strong financial oversight and accountability.
- Represent the organization externally with partners, funders, policymakers, and the wider sector, building and managing relationships with key donors and strengthening strategic partnerships globally.
- Lead, support, and inspire a high-performing global team of approximately 20 staff, fostering a collaborative, kind, inclusive, and values-driven culture.

- Ability to think strategically, identify trends, and interpret implications for the organization, while championing lived experience and diversity in mental health advocacy.
