What you will drive
- Manage carrier relationships and performance, driving commercial outcomes and ensuring a robust, scalable, and competitive network.
- Source and onboard new carrier partners to support growth and diversification.
- Contribute to pricing decisions for new opportunities and drive margin improvement across existing accounts.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to carrier performance, onboarding, network capability, and pricing outcomes.

- Strong understanding of linehaul, middle-mile, and last-mile logistics.
- Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to deliver long-term value.
- Effective communicator with ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment.
- Strong numeracy and ability to interpret data to inform pricing and commercial decisions.
