Capital Deployment Manager

• Identify and manage capital deployment opportunities for the Employee Ownership Catalyst Fund.
• Underwrite and analyze financing opportunities, including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Support fund operations, including investor reporting, portfolio documentation, and internal decision-making.

This role directly supports the deployment of catalytic capital to transition businesses to employee ownership, preserving business legacies, retaining jobs, and building long-term wealth for working people and communities of color.

• 5+ years of work experience with 2+ years in loan execution at a loan fund, CDFI, or bank.
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience building financial models.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for economic justice, employee ownership, and impact investing.

Part-time (20 hours/week), remote US-based position. Salary: $40-$50 per hour. Opportunity to work directly with business owners, employee ownership practitioners, and impact investors.
