Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage the multi-phase capital campaign strategy for Building People Power (BPP), including quiet phase cultivation, public launch, and close.
- Build and manage a portfolio of major donors ($10K+), cultivate and solicit gifts, and coordinate donor engagement across staff and volunteers.
- Align campaign activities with CR's abolitionist values, track progress, manage budget, and report to stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–7+ years of fundraising experience, including 3+ years in capital campaigns or major gifts.
- Demonstrated success securing six-figure+ gifts and leading multi-stakeholder fundraising.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and writing skills; comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
- Deep commitment to prison industrial complex abolition and alignment with CR's values.
