Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate and implement volunteer integration into partner organizations' daily canvassing activities, including training, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Lead and support volunteer canvass teams of 10-200 people in door-to-door voter outreach, including turf management and data tracking.
- Serve as on-the-ground liaison between Seed the Vote and partner organizations to ensure smooth operations and timely adjustments.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience leading electoral campaign field work or organizing/volunteer recruitment.
- Past experience as a canvasser or volunteer in civic engagement programs.
- Team management/supervision experience and strong facilitation skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate online tools (Mobilize America, VAN, ThruText, Airtable) and strong communication skills.
