Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute a youth program that engages students and turns out young voters through direct voter contact, list-building, and student-centered events.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of paid fellows and volunteers to mobilize their peers, conducting training sessions to set goals and assign responsibilities.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and quality control of voter registration forms, managing daily data entry into systems like America Votes and BLOCKS.
  • Build relationships with student or youth leaders and organizations to collaboratively expand organizing reach.

What makes you a great fit

  • Thrives in fast-changing environments and is comfortable cold-approaching strangers to talk with students.
  • Creative, scrappy, and a self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Has a driver's license and access to a reliable car; lives near or willing to relocate to a focus campus in Pennsylvania.
  • Previous experience in electoral or campus organizing is a plus but not required.
