What you will drive

Support the Médecins du Monde International Network in making an informed strategic decision on the most appropriate structure for coordinating international operations.

  • Analyze the potential impact of different organizational models for international operations coordination.
  • Propose and implement a rigorous, evidence-based, and participatory methodology for impact assessment.
  • Produce structured and comparable impact assessments per model and per chapter, including risk mitigation measures and decision-support tools.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Previous experience within international humanitarian NGOs and networks as a consultant or senior staff.
  • Hands-on knowledge of humanitarian operations, actions, and advocacy in international network and alliance settings.
  • In-depth expertise in comparative organizational assessments, strategy and effectiveness reviews in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in benchmarking, comparative analysis, and organizational risk mapping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
