Business Systems Productivity Lead

• Optimize workflows and enhance staff efficiency through technology, including AI platforms.
• Manage enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, CRM, HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
• Design dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Lead adoption of productivity tools and train staff on new technologies.

This role enables the Bezos Earth Fund to operate more efficiently, freeing up resources and staff time to focus on climate and environmental initiatives, thereby accelerating positive environmental change.

• 5+ years in business systems analysis, enterprise application support, or IT project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and business process modeling (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with CRM (Dynamics), HRIS (ADP), and grantmaking platforms (Fluxx).

Salary range: $140,000 - $175,000. Competitive benefits package included.
