Business Systems Analyst III

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, clarify, and document complex business needs for critical software platforms.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, workflows, and system designs.
• Manage and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools to validate requirements and assess solution impact.

This role directly supports the development of software platforms that drive large-scale energy, carbon, and water-use savings, contributing to climate solutions and sustainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible experience as a Business Systems Analyst or closely related role.
• Strong technical analysis skills and proficiency in Jira for Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to perform advanced data analysis using SQL and BI tools.

Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 (target $120,000 - $137,750). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
