Business Operations Lead

• Run the day-to-day operational backbone of the company, including vendors, facilities, insurance, compliance calendars, and office infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor management, insurance programs, compliance calendars, IT policy, and physical security.
• Lead space growth planning, real estate portfolio management, and event logistics.
• Act as a right-hand to the C-Suite, supporting special projects and cross-functional coordination.

This role ensures the smooth operation of Last Energy's infrastructure, enabling the company to focus on deploying clean energy solutions and accelerating the transition to sustainable power.

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, office/facilities operations, or similar function in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience managing vendors, service providers, and facilities or real estate projects.
• Familiarity with insurance programs, compliance calendars, and corporate renewals.
• Strong project management skills and data-oriented with experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs.
