Business Onboarding Specialist

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business customers onto the Electroverse platform, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition.
• Provide responsive first-line support to business customers, answering operational queries and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle administrative tasks for vetting new sign-ups and conducting Know Your Business (KYB) checks to maintain compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and channel customer feedback to product and tech teams for process improvement.

This role accelerates the transition to sustainable EV energy by ensuring businesses can seamlessly adopt electric vehicle charging, reducing carbon emissions and promoting clean transportation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain processes clearly.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially for compliance checks.
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative, or operations support is a strong plus.
