About the Role

As a B2B Sales Development Representative, you are the engine of our growth. You won't just be making calls; you'll be using a world-class tech stack to identify high-value opportunities and initiate strategic conversations with global decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Master the Tech Stack: Leverage Salesforce to manage your pipeline and Gong to analyze your conversations, refine your pitch, and accelerate your professional development.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage C-level stakeholders in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with AEs: Work in lockstep with Account Executives to map out target accounts and build "winning" entry strategies.
  • Needs Discovery: Use proven sales methodologies to uncover pain points in complex global supply chains.
  • Own Your Numbers: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales development or a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Language: Native-level German and professional-level English (written and verbal).
  • Communication: A natural communicator who thrives on the phone and can navigate objections with ease.
  • Resilience: A "hunter" mindset with a passion for winning and a desire to build a career in tech sales.
  • Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Vienna or Dublin.
  • Valid work permit for Austria or Ireland
