- 3+ years professional experience and 1+ year in business development, sales, or outreach-driven role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
