Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead implementation and management of PandaDoc as the primary proposal platform, building and maintaining a library of templates and reusable assets.
  • Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, pipeline configuration, and reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end bid support, including proposal development, compliance review, and continuous improvement of BD templates.
  • Conduct market research to inform go/no-go decisions and support client engagement through surveys and appreciation processes.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in business development/proposal operations, CRM administration, or marketing operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information systems, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience administering a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and implementing proposal platforms (PandaDoc preferred).
  • Exceptional written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits.
