What you will drive

  • Develop and manage a strategic pipeline to drive revenue growth through B2B sales of Timmons Group services in the greater Raleigh region and eastern North Carolina.
  • Lead client development efforts by evaluating prospects, executing capture strategies, and engaging with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the firm in the marketplace, build strong relationships, and advance strategic growth initiatives.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of business development experience; AEC industry experience preferred.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and CRM skills (Vantagepoint preferred).
