Mission
What you will drive
- Drive growth for the Motors & Actuators product portfolio, focusing on BLDC Motors and Voice Coil Actuators for Aerospace & Defense markets.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with strategic aerospace and defense OEMs, Tier 1 integrators, and emerging UAV manufacturers.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract award and production ramp.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and government funding initiatives to inform product roadmaps and solution positioning.

- University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within Aerospace & Defense markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
