Business Analyst

• Analyze business needs and define high-level epics and stories to create a value-driven framework for a US Government client's financial, project, and staff management system.
• Write clear and concise user stories, document business processes with workflow diagrams, and collaborate with developers to create wireframe designs.
• Support the software development team in an agile lifecycle as a product SME, review developed features, and demonstrate functionality in formal review sessions.

This role supports the Department of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate, enhancing systems that improve national security and public safety through effective financial, project, and staff management.

• 5-7 years of relevant job experience in Information Technology and a BA or BS in a related field.
• Ability to create user journeys, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and diagrams; agile experience as a BA.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; strong client presence.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a government clearance required.
