Business Analyst

• Consult with different areas of the organization to identify and document requirements for new systems and enhancements.
• Document business functions and processes using best practice standards.
• Track and document requirements for business and functional specifications.
• Participate in testing of new and enhanced system functionality and document test cases and issues.

This role supports the organization by ensuring IT systems meet business needs, enabling efficient lab operations and accurate data management, which ultimately contributes to the delivery of high-quality scientific services.

• BS degree in biological, physical, chemical, clinical laboratory science or associate degree in medical laboratory technology and/or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience.
• Understanding of lab operations and functions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to solve problems.
