Business Analyst

• Conduct process discovery and documentation across business units, translating findings into clear workflows and SOPs.
• Map cross-functional interactions to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and dependencies, and facilitate alignment on future-state processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, partnering with technology teams to implement AI tools and workflow automations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support change management as new workflows are rolled out.

By streamlining workflows and embedding automation, this role helps Beep operate more efficiently, reducing waste and enabling the team to focus on high-impact work that advances autonomous mobility solutions.

• 0–5 years of experience in business workflow analysis, management consulting, AI/automation, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to document and map business processes (e.g., process flows, SOPs, swim lane diagrams).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
