What you will drive

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Execute payroll operations and support workers' comp audit compliance.
  • Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks, deliver clean monthly close, and produce cashflow reports.
  • Prepare quarterly financial reports for board meetings and ad hoc reports as needed.

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience managing books in QuickBooks for a nonprofit, including payroll and reconciliation.
  • Comfort with cloud-based financial tools; QuickBooks Online proficiency required.
  • Ability to track restricted and unrestricted funds in accordance with grant requirements.
  • Works independently with steady availability and proactive communication.
