What you will drive
- Support the development of funding applications, proposals, reporting materials, and marketing content.
- Collaborate with in-house teams, funders, NGOs, and partners to advance project objectives.
- Assist with project management, including tracking plans, KPIs, and budgets.
- Contribute to technical documentation, research, and thought leadership in carbon project development.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in one or more components of carbon project development (e.g., stakeholder engagement, fundraising, communications, project management, financial analysis, community development, conservation, carbon accounting).
- University-level degree in environmental science, environmental policy, marine science, communications, finance, international development, forestry, sustainability, or related field.
- Superlative written and verbal communication skills; English required, French a plus.
- Familiarity with operating in developing countries, ideally in Africa.
