Mission
What you will drive
- Build a volunteer base and drive community organizing campaigns in Bay City, including holding regular meetings for learning, strategizing, action, and fellowship.
- Recruit members and invest in their leadership skills through one-to-ones, house meetings, listening sessions, and trainings.
- Cultivate a values-aligned culture within the base and support members in building their own teams.
- Execute goals and metrics set forth by WTPAF.

Full-time permanent position. Salary range $52,850–57,850 annually.
