Mission

What you will drive

  • Build a volunteer base and drive community organizing campaigns in Bay City, including holding regular meetings for learning, strategizing, action, and fellowship.
  • Recruit members and invest in their leadership skills through one-to-ones, house meetings, listening sessions, and trainings.
  • Cultivate a values-aligned culture within the base and support members in building their own teams.
  • Execute goals and metrics set forth by WTPAF.

Full-time permanent position. Salary range $52,850–57,850 annually. Benefits include 100% coverage of health insurance for employees and 75% for eligible family members; 100% dental and vision; 401(k) with 5% employer match; generous PTO including 30 paid days off per year and 2 weeks paid vacation.
