Mission
What you will drive
- Own top-of-funnel: turn institutional CRE owner prospects into booked meetings and engaged pipeline.
- Build and execute outbound engine end-to-end: list building, sequencing, copy, cold calling.
- Manage campaign calendar, ABM programs, marketing tech stack, and measurement stack.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive pipeline and optimize campaigns.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- ~5–7 years in B2B growth, lead gen, GTM, ABM, or sales development with increasing scope.
- Operator first: hands-on with email, lists, sequences, ads, reports; manager second.
- Comfortable selling to sophisticated institutional buyers; CRE, climate tech, proptech, financial services, or B2B SaaS backgrounds preferred.
- Numbers-native, expert-level CRM proficiency (HubSpot), strong written instinct, high agency.
