Mission

What you will drive

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners, handle and resolve requests, regular updates and general communication.
  • Manage daily operations and planning including resources, documentation, training, processes & vehicle updates to enable smooth & efficient operation.
  • Analyze, optimize, and report on performance to secure KPIs and SLAs. Support customer deployment projects & leading continuous improvement efforts.
  • Create, update, and organize daily operational documents and training manuals. Train and onboard new members of the US operations team.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, personnel training and documentation, operational team experience, logistics, or experience with autonomous vehicles is a major plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in new technologies, specifically within electric & autonomous transport, and sustainability.
  • Fluency with documentation creation, editing, and management within Google Suite (or equivalent). Experience with Slack and Jira is a plus.
  • Safety focused mindset, flexibility & clear communication are key skills.
