Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and mentor the People team, providing strategic direction across all People functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and global HR.
  • Develop and drive the organization's global People and Culture vision, leveraging data analysis and best practices to optimize employee experience globally.
  • Oversee global HR compliance, including multi-jurisdictional employment matters, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance, and lead development of employee handbook and policies.
  • Cultivate a high-accountability, high-agency culture, championing DEI initiatives and driving employee engagement and retention strategies.

  • Advanced strategic thinking, data analysis, and communication skills, with ability to develop and implement transformative HR strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level direct reports, foster collaboration, and drive organizational culture initiatives.
