Associate Solution Delivery Consultant

• Manage contractors and direct installation energy efficiency projects for small business buildings.
• Coordinate day-to-day project aspects including quality control, client communications, and schedule maintenance.
• Analyze utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility.
• Review technical reports, cost estimates, and energy saving calculations.

This role directly contributes to reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions by managing energy efficiency projects in small business buildings, helping utilities and customers achieve sustainability goals.

• BA or BS degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; working knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
• Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.

Competitive base salary range of $60,000-$80,000, plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonus.
