Associate Software Engineer

• Act as Level 3 escalation point for complex production issues, providing expert support to L1 and L2 teams.
• Analyze and resolve applications, databases, and report issues across legacy and .NET platforms.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and enhance legacy VB6 applications and support development of .NET/C# applications.

This role ensures the reliability and performance of software systems that support Eurofins' scientific testing services, indirectly contributing to public health and safety through accurate and timely laboratory results.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software development and L3 support using VB6, MS SQL, and .NET Core.
• Experience across full SDLC and working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong knowledge of VB6 (mandatory), .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, SSRS, Crystal Reports.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.

Hybrid work mode in Bangalore. Shift timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. No salary mentioned.
