Job description
Role details
Support federal workforce initiatives and policy dialogues through event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and research at a government reform nonprofit.
- Design and coordinate policy dialogues, focus groups, webinars, and quarterly alumni network meetings; manage logistics and participant communications.
- Conduct policy research, write blogs and content, and interview government practitioners to inform public service initiatives.
- Manage internal databases (Salesforce, Asana, SharePoint) and coordinate across teams to deliver seamless stakeholder engagement.
- Requires bachelor's degree and one to two years of experience in project management, event planning, or policy research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong written and oral communication skills essential.
