Associate Project Engagement Manager -Remote

• Lead customer communications on Budderfly field projects for assigned customer accounts.
• Drive project milestone updates to customers throughout the lifecycle through completion.
• Collaborate with Sales/Customer Success on account prioritization and maintain positive internal relationships.
• Compile customer-facing reports on project milestone updates.

This role directly contributes to reducing global carbon emissions by managing energy-saving projects for small to medium-sized enterprises, helping them achieve sustainability goals.

• 2-5 years’ experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related Energy industry or Project Management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 USD annually.
