Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Equality Now's annual gala and a portfolio of strategic virtual and in-person events to strengthen donor/ally relationships and elevate the organization's brand.
- Develop and oversee Equality Now's annual events calendar, integrating Development, Communications, and Program priorities to maximize donor engagement and strategic influence.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure high-quality event delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in event planning, production, donor engagement events, or nonprofit advancement.
- Demonstrated understanding of event strategy, production, and execution across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage organizational leadership, high-profile individuals, and donors with professionalism.
- Proficiency with project management systems and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom); experience with CRM or fundraising databases (Raiser's Edge/NXT preferred).
