Mission
What you will drive
- Support the building, maintenance, and auditing of financial models for tax equity transactions, including partnership flip and T-flip structures.
- Assist in preparing investment materials for Investment Committee, including transaction economics, sensitivities, and risk analyses.
- Analyze sponsor financials, project contracts, and diligence materials to identify risks and value drivers.
- Contribute to process improvements and template standardization across the Investments team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, infrastructure investing, or a closely related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including comfort building and navigating complex financial models; VBA or Python skills a plus.
- Basic familiarity with tax equity structures (partnership flip, T-flip) or eagerness to develop that knowledge quickly.
