Associate Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

• Own the full lifecycle of AI deployments within assigned business division, from discovery and technical scoping through system design, build, and production rollout.
• Embed directly with business stakeholders to understand challenges, translate domain requirements into technical solutions, and communicate progress to leadership.
• Architect, build, and deploy AI applications powered by large language models and generative AI, writing production-grade code across frontend and backend systems.
• Co-develop and enhance TP ICAP’s shared AI service platform, feeding field insights back to inform product roadmaps.

This role drives positive change by deploying AI solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making in financial and commodities markets, ultimately enhancing market transparency and liquidity.

• Expertise in AI technologies including Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python AI/ML frameworks with ability to write production-grade code across full stack.
• Proven track record architecting and designing scalable solutions from prototype to production.
