Associate, Executive Education

• Design and facilitate executive education programs for state and local government leaders, focusing on public procurement and operational excellence.
• Lead cohort-based learning initiatives, including workshops, coaching calls, and peer learning events.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
• Continuously improve curricula based on feedback and learning data.

This role strengthens the operational systems of government by equipping public leaders with the skills and knowledge to improve procurement, budgeting, and service delivery, ultimately helping communities thrive.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; 3+ years designing and facilitating executive education or professional development programs.
• Experience working in or with state/local government, understanding public sector operations.
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Salary: $102,800 plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, health and flexible savings accounts, 15 vacation days, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, 2 floating holidays, 12 paid holidays, winter recess, employer retirement match, paid parental leave, backup care, and work-from-home stipend or shared office space.
