Associate Director, USG Portfolio

• Drive competitive pipeline growth and oversee technical proposal development for federal and ODA funding opportunities.
• Lead intelligence gathering, opportunity qualification, partner coordination, and proposal management to position Winrock competitively.
• Manage pipeline tracking systems and coordinate go/no-go decision-making processes.

This role enables Winrock to secure funding for programs that empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity, and sustain natural resources, driving positive change in communities worldwide.

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in international development business development, with extensive experience pursuing federal donors, USAID, and/or multilateral ODA funding.
• Proven track record of competitive wins in Winrock's technical sectors.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end competitive business development processes and government procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Costpoint and Salesforce strongly preferred.

Salary range: $130,000–$140,000 per year. Winrock offers an excellent benefits package. Remote or hybrid work options available.
