Associate Director of Programs

• Lead key initiatives to expand and streamline access to Civil Justice Inc.'s programs, including managing the Access to Counsel in Evictions - Coordinated Intake System.
• Supervise program managers and coordinate with leadership to ensure effective client screening, triage, and referrals.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to identify technology enhancements, maintain partner relationships, and support grant reporting and program performance tracking.

This role ensures low-income tenants facing eviction receive legal representation and support, advancing housing stability and racial equity in Maryland.

• 3-5 years of experience in legal or social services delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Commitment to tenant rights, racial equity, and access to justice; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
