What you will drive
- Lead key initiatives to expand and streamline access to Civil Justice Inc.'s programs, including managing the Access to Counsel in Evictions - Coordinated Intake System.
- Supervise program managers and coordinate with leadership to ensure effective client screening, triage, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to identify technology enhancements, maintain partner relationships, and support grant reporting and program performance tracking.
