Associate Director of Field Engagement

• Develop strategies for unlocking the power of CLINIC’s network through deep relationship building, ensuring a streamlined affiliate experience.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Field Engagement team members, managing performance and professional development.
• Lead affiliate engagement efforts including recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, retention, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-sectionally to gather real-time information and best practices to inform CLINIC’s work.

This role strengthens the network of charitable immigration legal services organizations, expanding access to legal representation for immigrants and advancing immigrant rights and inclusion nationwide.

• Bachelor’s degree in management, social work, or related discipline required; graduate degree preferred.
• Ten years of experience in immigration services or nonprofit immigration legal services, including program management and evaluation.
• Minimum of 3 years of management, administration, and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of immigration laws, DOJ Recognition and Accreditation program, and nonprofit management.

Salary range: $96,000 - $102,000 per year. Exempt, non-bargaining position. Benefits include a supportive work environment with a commitment to diversity and reasonable accommodations.
