What you will drive
Lead CHAI's global market shaping initiatives to reduce lead exposure in low- and middle-income countries through technology access and demand-side interventions.
- Drive strategy and implementation of supply- and demand-side market shaping projects; manage multi-stakeholder partnerships with governments, suppliers, and technical partners.
- Hire, mentor, and manage matrixed teams; coordinate across CHAI country programs to ensure coherent strategy design and effective delivery.
- Oversee market analyses, cost-effectiveness studies, and supply chain negotiations; identify and scope new market shaping opportunities in lead exposure.
- Lead donor engagement, proposal development, and program reporting; represent CHAI at international forums and with external stakeholders.
- Requires 10+ years' experience (or 8+ with advanced degree) in global health, project management, and team leadership in dynamic environments.
