Mission

What you will drive

Lead governance strategy and operations for CHAI's lead exposure program, supporting government partnerships and cross-country coordination in low- and middle-income countries.
- Develop KPI dashboards, work plan trackers, and program review processes to monitor progress against grant milestones and strategic objectives.
- Partner with country teams to develop implementation roadmaps, provide technical support, and adapt global frameworks for country-specific contexts.
- Develop funding concepts, lead grant proposal preparation, and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors.
- Hire, manage, and mentor staff; oversee financial management, budgeting, and compliance across grants and projects.
- Requires 10+ years' experience (or 8+ with advanced degree) in global health program management and government stakeholder engagement.
