Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage corporate engagement on digital rights and AI, including investor dialogues with target companies and oversight of the Tech and Human Rights working group.
  • Serve as a thought leader on business and human rights, representing the Investor Alliance in public fora and conferences.
  • Develop research, investor guidance, and content for priority workstreams, particularly on technology and human rights.
  • Engage with policymakers to advance policy priorities and support member communication, engagement, and retention.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of knowledge and experience in business and human rights, specifically at the intersection of technology and human rights.
  • Experience in responsible investment, shareholder advocacy, or corporate engagement preferred.
  • Capacity to organize and lead dynamic investor advocacy and build leadership teams.
  • Strong public speaking, media, and writing skills.
