Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and manage a comprehensive fundraising strategy with emphasis on major gifts, annual giving, and donor engagement.
- Coordinate donor appeals, maintain donor relations, and oversee database management.
- Identify grant opportunities, write applications, and ensure timely reporting.
- Plan 1-2 in-person fundraising events annually.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience with progressively responsible direct asks and donor cultivation.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Knowledge of Unitarian Universalist practices and success in strategic fundraising within a religious organization.
- Strong writing, copy editing, and CRM skills; experience with Google Workspace and remote/hybrid work.
