Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive fundraising strategy with emphasis on major gifts, annual giving, and donor engagement.
  • Coordinate donor appeals, maintain donor relations, and oversee database management.
  • Identify grant opportunities, write applications, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Plan 1-2 in-person fundraising events annually.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience with progressively responsible direct asks and donor cultivation.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Knowledge of Unitarian Universalist practices and success in strategic fundraising within a religious organization.
  • Strong writing, copy editing, and CRM skills; experience with Google Workspace and remote/hybrid work.
