Assistant Project Manager

• Assist in crafting comprehensive construction plans, budgets, and timelines for geothermal projects.
• Support on-site project management including drilling operations and subcontractor oversight.
• Lead permitting research, submittals, and approvals; coordinate deliverables using monday.com and Procore.
• Monitor project expenses, track costs, and provide budget status reports to senior management.

This role accelerates the adoption of clean energy by managing geothermal projects that reduce carbon emissions and operational costs for commercial clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in general construction.
• Experience with geothermal heating and cooling systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction process, permitting, building codes, safety requirements, and subcontractor/vendor management.
