Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic guidance on financial processes, procedures, and policies related to the Centerโs internal operations and subgrantee oversight.
- Review, monitor, modify, and approve annual budgets and quarterly financial reports of JFNA grant-funded projects.
- Deliver financial technical assistance to subgrantees, identify challenges, and develop comprehensive solutions.
- Draft budgets and budget narratives for grant proposals, financial reports, and other written materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Five years of progressive experience in creating, managing, and/or evaluating program budgets in a nonprofit, grantmaking organization, or government agency.
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to develop systems for tracking information.
- Excellent verbal, written, and quantitative skills; superior Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
