Mission
What you will drive
- Conceptualize and direct the visual strategy to increase AJCโs brand awareness and support the agencyโs mission and advocacy objectives.
- Generate and oversee all agency design projects, including promotional brochures, event collateral, direct mail fundraising packages, AJC.org website, social media platforms, email templates, and environmental graphics.
- Lead and mentor the Graphics Team, managing day-to-day operations, goal-setting, and professional development.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual presence across all platforms.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8-10+ years of related work experience; 12+ years of graphic design experience preferred in an agency or non-profit setting.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; understanding of web production and digital design elements.
- Strong managerial skills with ability to direct, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and location.
