What you will drive
The Consultant will deliver architectural planning, concept design, and preliminary cost estimation for the proposed Immersive Learning Center (ILC) within SIDR, Odisha. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare a Functional Design Brief and concept design options for stakeholder review.
- Develop a Schematic Architectural Design Package with floor plans, sections, and 3D views.
- Provide indicative cost estimates and a preliminary Bill of Quantities.
- Submit a final report and presentation package, and provide close-out support.

Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in architectural planning and cost estimation.
- Demonstrated experience in designing institutional, educational, or training facilities.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into spatial concepts and prepare cost estimates and BoQs.
- Experience working with government agencies or large institutions is preferred.

This is a consultancy assignment with a contract duration of 6 months (August 2026 – January 2027). The consultant will be home-based with travel to Bhubaneswar as required. All travel costs are covered by ADPC. Payment is made upon approval of deliverables.
