Annual Fund & Individual Engagement Manager

• Coordinate IGNITE's Annual Fund, including gift campaigns under $1,000, and lead annual fundraising campaigns such as Giving Tuesday and Year-End giving.
• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 mid-level donors (gifts up to $5,000) through personalized cultivation, stewardship, and engagement, with a focus on donor retention and upgrading.
• Coordinate alumni engagement and giving opportunities, and support volunteer and ambassador engagement initiatives.
• Manage fundraising calendars, timelines, and campaign deliverables, and monitor campaign performance to inform future strategies.

This role directly supports IGNITE's mission to empower young women and gender-expansive youth to become political leaders by building a sustainable funding base that enables the organization to expand its trainings, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

• 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, donor engagement, nonprofit development, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong donor or stakeholder relationships, with experience personally soliciting gifts or closely supporting solicitation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• CRM experience required; HubSpot experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience using data to evaluate performance.

Salary: $71,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience).
