Analyst, Technology Operations - Governance

• Serve as an escalation point for end-user issues related to information governance, privacy, and DLP tools, ensuring timely triage and resolution.
• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of governance and privacy tools, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Assist with gathering business requirements, documenting use cases, and supporting program planning and backlog prioritization.
• Contribute to operational reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and risks.

This role helps Earthjustice protect the environment by ensuring effective information governance and data privacy, enabling the organization to operate efficiently and comply with regulations while focusing on its mission to combat climate change and preserve natural resources.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, customer support, or records/information management, preferably in a nonprofit or regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts and ability to apply policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Competitive salary and excellent comprehensive benefits. Casual and congenial work environment. Salary ranges vary by location: San Francisco/NY: $113,000-$125,500; Seattle/LA/Chicago/DC: $107,400-$119,300; Denver: $101,700-$113,000.
