Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as an escalation point for end-user issues related to information governance, privacy, and DLP tools, ensuring timely triage and resolution.
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of governance and privacy tools, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Assist with gathering business requirements, documenting use cases, and supporting program planning and backlog prioritization.
- Contribute to operational reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and risks.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, customer support, or records/information management, preferably in a nonprofit or regulated environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts and ability to apply policies.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
