Analyst - Proximate

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot GC-FID instruments for proximate and UV analysis.
• Perform fatty acid analysis and ensure accurate data generation and reporting.
• Manage sample receipt, storage, preparation, and retention.
• Carry out method verification and validation activities.

This role ensures accurate food and product analysis, supporting quality control and safety standards that protect public health and consumer trust.

• Experience with Gas Chromatography–Flame Ionization Detection (GC-FID) instruments.
• Knowledge of proximate and UV parameters testing methods.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and GLP.
