What you will drive
Design and deploy AI/ML systems powering platforms that help NGO partners optimize operations and expand human agency at scale.
- Build AI/ML features including LLM integrations, NLP systems, and recommendation engines; develop data pipelines and evaluation frameworks for production deployment.
- Work with behavioral scientists to translate research insights into AI-powered features; conduct rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate approaches.
- Requires 3–7 years software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML systems; proficiency in Python and ML frameworks essential.
- Requires hands-on experience building and deploying LLM applications or RAG systems; comfort with cloud infrastructure and production ML systems.
